RETURNS

We will accept the return of products in their original condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order. We will refund your payment and original shipping fee upon return of your order items, however, return shipping is your responsibility.

PRODUCT DEFECTS & SERVICE

We will service any assembled module or instrument within six months of receipt owing to product defects or shipping damage. Please email info@biopoweraudio.com. We regret we are unable to accept DIY returns or service after the start of building.
